Beta Access Starting Soon: "Social Media Content Creator" and "Social media Scheduling & Posting"
Effective Date: August 13, 2026
The SoloSideKick respects your ability to control the information associated with your account and connected services.
This policy explains how you can request deletion of personal information and connected-account data that The SoloSideKick controls.
You may request deletion of personal information associated with your SoloSideKick account or product access by contacting us through the Contact Us page.
When submitting a request, please provide:
Your name
The email address associated with your SoloSideKick account or access
The SoloSideKick product you use
A short note stating that you are requesting data deletion
Please do not include passwords, access tokens, API keys, payment card details, or other sensitive credentials.
Before deleting account information, we may need to verify that the request comes from the person associated with the account.
This helps protect your information from unauthorized deletion requests.
We may ask you to confirm information associated with your account or purchase.
Depending on the SoloSideKick products and features you use, a verified deletion request may include information such as:
Account profile information
Business profile or Business Identity information
Product or service details entered into the product
Saved content or drafts
Content ideas
Preferences and settings
Connected-account information maintained by The SoloSideKick
Stored connection credentials or authorization tokens, where applicable
Other user-created information associated with your account
The exact information available for deletion may vary by product.
Some SoloSideKick products may allow you to connect third-party services such as Google, Shopify, Etsy, social media accounts, or other business platforms.
If you request deletion of your SoloSideKick data, we will remove applicable connected-account information that The SoloSideKick controls where reasonably possible.
Deleting data from The SoloSideKick does not automatically delete your account or information held directly by the third-party service.
For example, if you connected a social media account, deleting the connection from The SoloSideKick does not delete your social media account.
You may need to manage or delete information held by the third-party provider through that provider's own account settings.
Where supported, you may be able to disconnect a third-party account without deleting your entire SoloSideKick account.
Disconnecting an account may remove or disable The SoloSideKick's authorization to access that service.
Some previously stored SoloSideKick information may remain until it is deleted according to your request, normal retention practices, or applicable requirements.
A deletion request does not necessarily mean that every record can be erased immediately.
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for purposes such as:
Purchase and payment records
Tax or accounting requirements
Fraud prevention
Security investigations
Resolving disputes
Maintaining records of licenses or fulfilled purchases
Meeting legal or regulatory requirements
Establishing or protecting legal rights
When information must be retained for one of these purposes, we aim to keep only what is reasonably necessary.
Deleted information may temporarily remain in secure backups or system recovery copies.
Backup information is generally not used for normal business activity and may remain until the applicable backup cycle replaces or removes it.
If restored from backup, deleted information should remain subject to the applicable deletion request and retention rules.
If information has been submitted through an AI-assisted SoloSideKick feature, deletion from The SoloSideKick applies to information that The SoloSideKick controls.
Information processed by an external AI or technology provider may also be subject to that provider's own privacy, retention, and deletion practices.
The SoloSideKick aims to send only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature.
For more information, please review our AI Use & Disclaimer Policy and Privacy Policy.
We will review verified deletion requests and take reasonable steps to complete them within the timeframe required by applicable law and the technical systems involved.
Some information may take longer to disappear from backups, logs, or third-party systems.
We will not intentionally delay a valid deletion request without a legitimate reason.
Deleting certain information may affect your ability to use a SoloSideKick product.
For example, deleting:
Your account information may remove access to personalized product features
Your Business Identity information may remove personalized guidance
Connected-account authorization may stop connected publishing or other integrated actions
Saved content may no longer be recoverable
Please make sure you have saved anything you want to keep before requesting deletion.
If account deletion is available for your product, you may request deletion of your SoloSideKick account and associated user-controlled information.
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel or delete accounts you maintain with external services.
It also does not necessarily remove records that The SoloSideKick must retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Beta users may also request deletion of their test account information.
Because beta products may change during testing, the exact deletion process may differ while systems are being finalized.
Beta users will still be given a reasonable way to request deletion of information associated with their beta account.
We may update this Data Deletion Policy as SoloSideKick products, connected services, and account-management features evolve.
The effective date at the top of this page will show when the policy was most recently updated.
To request deletion of your information, please use the Contact Us page and choose the option related to account, privacy, or data deletion.
Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request and help with the next step.
