We will not represent a product as a one-time purchase and then automatically convert that purchase into a recurring SoloSideKick subscription without clear notice and agreement.

Third-party services that you independently choose to connect to a SoloSideKick product may have their own subscriptions, usage charges, or fees.

Those third-party charges are separate from The SoloSideKick unless expressly stated otherwise.

15. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy applicable at the time of your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

16. Intellectual Property

Except for the limited right to use a product according to its applicable license, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

The SoloSideKick name, branding, product names, designs, and proprietary materials may not be copied or used in a way that suggests ownership, endorsement, or affiliation without permission.

You retain responsibility for the business information and original content you provide.

Using SoloSideKick does not give us ownership of your underlying business, brand, products, customer relationships, or original materials merely because you entered information into a SoloSideKick product.

Where information must be processed to provide a requested feature, you authorize the processing reasonably necessary to provide that feature.

18. No Guarantee of Business Results

SoloSideKick products are intended to help make business activities clearer and easier to manage.

However, every business is different.

We cannot guarantee:

• Revenue

• Profit

• Conversion rates

• Business success

• Specific financial results

Results depend on many factors outside The SoloSideKick's control.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties
